The lodge was in a great location, just a short walk to the lake. We had everything we needed to cook our meals and felt right at home. the cleanliness of the lodge was also impressive, and the staff at reception were friendly and helpful. We appreciated the little touches like a welcome bottle of wine and the peaceful view of the ducks outside our window in the mornings.
The WiFi was quite patchy, but in a way, it was a blessing as it allowed us to disconnect from the world. it did become frustrating when trying to plan our day using Google maps.

The Lodge at Tiggywinkle Beck was the perfect getaway for our family. The spacious and clean lodge provided all the comfort we needed. We especially enjoyed the board games that kept us entertained. The location was ideal, great to easily explore the beautiful Lake District.
One minor drawback was the patchy WiFi signal, but it turned out to be a blessing in disguise as it allowed us to disconnect from the world and relax. the knives provided in the kitchen were quite blunt, making food preparation a bit of a challenge.

The lodge was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished, making it a perfect retreat. The attention to detail, from the cute bottle of wine to the fresh flowers, added a special touch. The location was idyllic, surrounded by nature, and the outdoor furniture on the balcony allowed me to relax and enjoy the peaceful area. The lodge was also well-equipped, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I couldn't have asked for more.
While the mobile and Wi-Fi connection had some issues during bad weather, it actually turned out to be a blessing in disguise. It gave me and my family the opportunity to disconnect from technology and embrace a world free from Snapchat, YouTube, and Netflix.
